The bolt circle will match. Putting some newer wheels on "older" 4th Gens (pre 97), the rear wheel will not fit over the over-size hub on the rear axle. If that happens, the fix is to lightly sand the inside daimeter of the hole in the rear wheels.

The 00 to 02 C5 wheels are generally:

18 x 9.5" 65mm offset
17 x 8.5" 56mm offset.

That is "OK" on a 4th Gen. The front wheel will sort of sit where a stock 17 x 9 (WS6/SS) wheel will sit. The rear wheel will have all the added width (1/2") added at the back of the wheel. Could be about a 7.60" backspace, which will be a little closer to the inner fender liners. Shouldn't rub unless you put excessively wide tires on it or have the car lowered quite a bit.
