sarasota ....anyone with a TA try and race a civic today ?

anyone try and race a teal/blue civic today???.....he said a red trans am tried to race him and chickend out ...this guys civic hatchback is pretty fast for what it is ....i was just wondering if it was anyone on here. i saw this civic run a 13.2 at the track .....and since then he has upgraded some parts ...he said the TA had pipes....chrome rims....different headlights not the flip up.....

ive heard someone else mention a red t/a around here with non-popup lights, but not sure who it is.



btw, tell civic boy ill be more than happy to race, after my new motor gets dropped in, heheh. should be ready in a month.

that was me. I didnt chicken out i just missed every light opportunity, i could've stopped but didnt want to start a pile up. i noticed it was pretty quick when i got on a little and he was right there. i run a 13.1 but if he runs consitent 13.2's he would probably take me on the street, im not too much of a street racer.. i tried to get him to follow me thru traffic but he wouldnt do it..

plus with 6 tickets on my record, and me trying to be a firefighter and all, i dont think i need to be pulled over for street racing, especially on 41 where the cops are everywhere.

Screw it, I want to race em!
