I need to know the jet sizes for 175, 200, 250 for either a single nx shark nozzle or a dual shark nozzle set up. I need the jet sizes for 42# of fuel presure and also the jets for 55# of fuel pressure. Thank you.

If you do a search in this forum you will see a lot of jet size discussions.

I did do a search and i did not find what i was looking for. I found one jet calculator but it seemed to be way off. If someone knows of a good calculator than that would be great.

I have shaved as much weight as i can off of the car. The is nothing behind the nose of the car now, no impact absorber, no hood latch, just the nose of the car. I am also planning on getting a fiberglass hood over this winter.

you know of anything that will calculate for a dual nozzle?

this kinda has me puzzled as every manufacturer recommends a diff jet size for there selonoids using the same nozzle. It was explained to me by nos and NW that the diff brands cellonoids have different flow ratings and there for require a diff jet. I use NOS pro shot celonoids and 2 NOS fogger nozzles and got the reccommended jetting from NOS tech line,I tried diff companies to get jetting and they couldnt help me.

that sounds accurate. most companies will jet fuel high and n2o moderate. the only real way to get the perfect jetting it to run it one the car and tune it for your application.

Does it matter with this calculator if the engine is 8, 6,or 4 cylinders?.

I've seen different Jets sizes for the same HP rating on different engine sizes.

1. size (displacement) or number of cylinders is not relevant
2. jet sizes are additive (eg. two 75hp nitrous and fuel jets = one 150 set of jets)
3. within broad limits the size of the solenoid has little to do with the correct jetting. Ass you approach the flow limit of the solenoid it could become an issue though.
