What to expect, supercharged 355???

I was thinking of building a heads/cam 383 with a 250 shot. But now I am beginning to think of going with a supercharged 355 with fully ported heads/cam and forged bottom end.

Let's say, and obviously I know it is hard to guesstimate, here would be my setup:
355 9 to 1 compression
Fully ported LT4 heads and intake manifold
some nice blower cam
1.6 Pro mags
Hooker Longtubes
True Duals
SY3600
P600B

What type of power would someone expect from a setup like this? What type of track times could be expected?

Also, is a turbo a lot better setup to go over a supercharger?

So many variables

You can go all track and probably get it down to the 9s but ofcourse your car wont be the least bit street drivable
