I gotta replace my lower control arm bushings, and want to go with polyurethane bushings. So there are Prothane or Energy suspension. Which is better or is are rubber better. Looking for some good info.

depends what you search feature brings up...
anyways, they are the same go with whatever brand your local place has, mine has energy so thats what I got.
For LCA if you go poly and poly you could get some bind if you are hard in the corners, and might get noise (I didnt from poly poly) but you can get a poly on the car side and rubber on the axel side. as a comprimise.

I bought the ES front control arm rebuild kit and only used the upper control arm bushings as I ended up buying BMR lower control arms that come with the bushings installed. I'll sell you the lower control arm bushings for $40 shipped. Shoot me a PM if interested.

If the above is correct, I put mine in 'backwards'...[rubber to car end]

So which is it? Rubber to car end or axle housing end?

The poly or rubber end mounts to the axle per Global West's site.

Let me clarify, the stiffer material (poly) mounts to the axle, the flexible piece (rubber or sperical bearing) mounts to the body.
