Are you just selling the trany or do you get the bellhousing, fork, slave cylinder... also

I suppose I could throw in the bell housing, fork and slave if you would like. Shipping will take be a bit to figure out. I've never shipped a tranny before. I was hoping for someone close enough for me to meet half way or something.
