differences in 98-00 LS1, 01-02, and LS6 cams?

I read that for 01 and 02 the LS1's in the f bodies got slightly milder cams because of the improved intake manifold design and to keep the factory rated horsepower and save on gas mleage. Obviously the LS6 cams are a little more aggressive.

What are the differences in those cams as far as lift and duration goes, for each 3?

obviously a 98-00 cam wouldn't do a whole lot for an 01-02, but if a ZO6 owner is upgrading and selling stock cheap, would it be worth it for however many ponies one could get out of it?

off the top of my head the 98-00 has a lift of 498, vs 01-02 lift of 473. the ls6 cam has 550 lift and aprox 218 intake dur, 204 exhaust.(ls6 info from summit). i don't remember seeing the stock ls1 durations.
