Pictures-Got the Car detailed Sunday

Local guy came out and buffed/polished/waxed my Trans-Am. Turned out pretty well.

Re: Pictures-Got the Car detailed Sunday

Washed it with dawn, clayed it, Menzerna (polish), NXT and then I am going to put a coat of WOlfgang Deep Paint Sealant over that next week.

Re: Pictures-Got the Car detailed Sunday

Menzerna is some very good stuff as is NXT. I personally don't agree with the Dawn step....it does nothing if you're claying afterwards. It's not good for the rubber and plastic seals. Anyways, I'm not sure if you would want to top a sealant (NXT) with another sealant (Wolfgang). Wolfgang does look amazing on red though....I would either leave it alone or strip the NXT off then do Wolfgang.

Couple people said Wolfgang over NXT would be a killer combo.

Ahh Gav and his Menzerna! Good stuff huh....

Have you tried WG over NXT? Any bonding issues?

Yeah NXT isn't very durable, I got about a month out of it. I suppose as long as NXT cured, the Wolfgang should be fine as a topper...

Re: Pictures-Got the Car detailed Sunday

You guys are going to cost me a fortune in detailing products. WG will be here next week. Why would there be a problem putting WG over Nxt? Car looks awesome with just the NXT so if I can get it to "pop" alittle more with the WG it will be worth it.
