Question People who cover their cars at work.

Anyone else do this? I see cars covered at local businesses every once in a while. When I get a job I was thinking about doing it myself to keep all the bird **** and other stuff from landing on my car. However wouldn't covering your car make it a magnet for thieves? I mean your not gonna cover your ride unless you have something worth covering.

I think it would be more of a pain in the *** to do everyday than it would be worth. Before I had a garage I kept my Z covered, and I hated taking the thing off/putting it back on even then.

I was thinking about doing that because it never fails everytime I wax my car it rains. Granted, I know the car will get a little wet with the cover on still, but it'd be better than the spots just sitting on the car...
