How Much Will Subframe Connecters Improve 1/4 Mile Time?ZZ17IROC 09-27-2002, 05:49 PM IF I INSTALL SUBFRAME CONNECTERS AND BMR LOWER CONTROL ARMS W/RELOCATION BRACKETS ON MY CAR HOW MUCH WOULD I KNOCK OFF MY 1/4 MILE TIME? Guido67SS 09-28-2002, 12:18 PM You should think more along the lines of, "If I put frame connectors on my car I won't have to worry about twisting the car." Good Luck kevkop94TA 09-28-2002, 01:57 PM The only thing about installing SFC's is that it might actually hurt traction a little. It allows for less chassis flex, which actually can increase spin. However the LCA's and relocation brackets will more than make up for it. :D GREGG 97Z 10-01-2002, 02:33 PM Originally posted by Guido67SS You should think more along the lines of, "If I put frame connectors on my car I won't have to worry about twisting the car." My thoughts exactly. I added SFC's a few months ago, I certainly wasn't expecting them to decrese my times. I would just like to be able to keep closing my doors normally :D T/A lt1 10-02-2002, 09:32 AM Yeah your not going to see much difference et wise but t-tops will keep lining up. :D 357 RS 10-03-2002, 03:48 PM I just got some weld in SFC's and I was wondering how to install them. On e is straight and the other is shaped like a J. Which on goes on which side? | ||
