just bought maro with 1971 chevy 350

YAY I FINALLY i have fast ****ing caar. guy i bought from says that the chevy truck 350 has bought 350 hp. which is about right since it has a performer cam and intake. i figure i will be runnin somewhere in teh 13's with the things in it now. I plan on puttin new heads, eshaust headers, and possibly x pipes on the bad boy

Make your first mod exhaust, and do the whole system while you're at it - you'll save money in the long run. Not only will headers make your ride faster, it will sound like a real muscle car :cool:

(unless you go with vortec heads, which need different headers)

The headers themselves are easy to bolt up, after which you can drive to the exhaust shop to get everything welded together. Open headers = :cool:

Full length headers a must for best power.

And cruisin with open headers sucks !!! I did that after I installed my big tubes on the 383. After a 35 min drive, I had a wicked headache and my stomach was all messed up that day !! Between the noise level and fumes....... :mad: :mad:
