Anybody know where I can get a stock M6 shift knob for a 98+ Trans Am? (The pistol grip style) The dealer here is crazy on his prices. It doesn't have to be a 'factory' knob, just as long as its close to the pistol grip style! ;)
Thanks for any help! :)

The Factory hurst knob, or the base shifter knob? The hurst is available from SLP for like $20. http://www.slponline.com/view_product.asp?PARTNUMBER=60081

That would be PERFECT if it was just gray. I called them when I ordered my shocks and they said it only comes in black :( I think the newer T/A's come with a knob that is the exact same style as that one, only w/o the 'H' and is gray. Thanks for the help though! :)

They must have ran out of the dark grey ones -- I ordered one from them last year to replace the worn-out black SLP "H" knob I was using.
You could call Jason Chromer and order a stock dark grey Pontiac knob. It's not quite as nice as the "H" knob, but at least it would match your interior. Otherwise, you're kind of stuck with aftermarket knobs. Check www.momo.it and www.nopi.com -- they may have something that will suit your needs.
