How to load OBD2 LT1 Edit file?

I got a LT1 Edit file setup for my 30# SVOs so I can drive it to the dyno without washing the cylinder walls. Now the only problem is that I am unsure of how to load it. I have access to an OBD2 cable, but have never done anything other than load a OBD1 program.
