1st cooling fan does not work!
Ok, so I installed my manual fan switch yesterday, and it turns out that my 1st fan doesnt come on at all. I have seen both of the fans for sale on ebay, but the 2nd fan works just fine, and I am really poor right now. Now that I have my manual fan switch installed I can turn the 2nd fan on whenever I want, so it doesnt get close to overheating anymore. How long will I be ok doing this, instead of having both fans operational?
I am going to call an auto parts store and see if they sell just that fan, if they dont, anyone know where i can pick one up?
Thanks for any help

Don't you want to prove you fan is broken before you try to replace it? Did you wire your switch up correctly? Does the primary fan not come on even if the PCM tells it to?
Pull your primary cooling fan relay (#1) and jumper between D1 and D4 in the socket. With the key ON, the fan should come on.

Sorry for not explaining it very well, I had just woken up when I wrote that. Well, I went under the car with a tester and found that the fan was getting power and still not working. Before I called to get a new fan, I put a new connector on the end of the wire and cleaned up the connection on the fan itself. Put it on and now it works great.
