I need an amp

I am replacing my deck and going with a separate deck and head unit. So I need a 4 channel amp at the moment. This is what matters to me:

Not too expensive. I don't want generic stuff, but brand name doesn't matter either. Just something that will last and sound good.

Not too large. I'm driving 6x9"s and 6.5"s so I don't need more than 200W per channel at the very most. I don't want it to be too large either since its going to be hidden.

A fair amount of control. Its going straight from a DVD player so I don't want to be limited by the amp. Hi and Lo pass controls would be nice. I don't need any fancy lights or anything either.

So can anyone help me out?

I am replacing my deck and going with a separate deck and head unit. What exactly do you mean by this? Deck/headunit....same thing.... and they both mean "the source unit". Where ever the audio starts. Be it DVD player, MP3, CD or tape. So you are replacing the headunit you have now with a seperate CD player and DVD player?

I meant deck and amp. I don't know why I said that at all. I'm replacing my Kenwood headunit that has a cheap built in amp with a 4 channel amp and a DVD player headunit that does not have an amp built in. So I'm looking for a good amp to power aftermarket 6x9"s and 6.5"s. I want about 200W per channel at most.
