I was wondering if anyone knew if a 12-225-4 (cc306 solid) and a 813-16 (solid lifters) would work on a LT1 engine. Also, Would I need an extra vacuum canister? Thanks, Jason

Even comp has this part number listed as a solid roller. Mindgame 08-04-2004, 01:02 AM I assume you're talking about the S306? May want to check that one again... it's a mechanical flat tappet cam, not a roller. -Mindgame smokindastangs 08-04-2004, 12:49 PM Ok, well I am glad that I am aware of that...now will it work in an lt1? SStrokerAce 08-04-2004, 01:45 PM I was wondering if anyone knew if a 12-225-4 (cc306 solid) and a 813-16 (solid lifters) would work on a LT1 engine. Also, Would I need an extra vacuum canister? Thanks, Jason the -4 at the end of that part number gives away the fact that it's a flat tappet cam. 813's are flat tappet lifters too, they go with the cam but not what you are looking for. Bret | ||
