I'm working at a law firm and have access to the 2004 NJ statutes on motor vehicle and roads. If anyone needs any info on the laws for ANYTHING (speeding, modding cars, legel ways for police to get your speed, etc)regarding cars or traffic law let me know I can get it for you.
