i am good about keeping them clean..but the motor has been out and the car is on jack stands in the garage...the garage is air conditioned.........and we have been going in and out of it.... well needless to say..i got condensation as a result..then it dried, now resulting in water spots....

anywho, im in the midwest..in short let me state..HUMIDITY sux

i have been polishing with neverdull with no avail...what are my options.... should i try the white vinegar? i dont know where to start..... they are shiny but the water spots are still there...what can i do?
please help

Nevr Dull is good for making metal shiny, but won't remove the toughest of stains....try Mother's metal polish, and maintain with the Nevr-Dull. Use Eagle One Wax-As-U-Dry on them too after each wash, and if they get wet from rain you can go over them with W-A-U-D.

try rubbing a 50/50 mixture of vinegar and water on them. this usually works well on water spots on paint. dont forget to wax the rims after the spots are gone so it doesn't happen again. Good luck-Rob

Dipping tin-foil in Coke works really good on taking spots off chrome, may want to try that... (regular Coke, not diet!)
