COMP 978 SPRINGS. Machining required?

Does anyone know if the 978 Springs will go to .600 lift on a LS1 w/ a 222/224 114 LSA.

Also does any machining need to be done to the seat to have this done on Stock Valve Seats and Stock Shims and other stuff. If machining needs to be done, then can you let me know what kind.. or do I just need to buy certain parts.

The Comp 987 springs do and I think the 978s are a wide spring like the 987s, so I'd be inclined to say yes. The seats would need to be enlarged to fit the larger diameter.
