I think Ferrea valves are the heaviest but they flow the best & last the longest, they have a good swirl design on the tulip & can take a tigher back cut angle apparently which more then supposed to make up for the weight depending on your heads.

Im just happy I shaved 8.3 g off my valve spring / retainer combo .. . . Im going to add that to my weight reduction list :p
