Anybody here? If so you zoomed past me (I was driving like granny on the wet road) about 7:30 this morning on the way to the rained out points race at New England Dragway. I was the idiot with 10" wide tires in back and the skinnies in front trying not to hydroplane.

That was me but I always drive like an ***!!! I was on my way to work, im glad it wasn't dry you would have shamed me!!!!! Nice ride, I work in exeter so I take 101 every day and I kick more *** on that road....you would have ruined my reputation with the slocals (slow locals) who "Beat camaro's every day" who have yet to beat me.

You must have had good eyes to see my plate, I was prob doing 90 plus or minus 10.

I dunno LastZ your car is pretty freakish, you'd give him a run! Oh...I put new O2's in and the cars getting a hell of alot better mileage!

I dont know if I told you before but that is a mean sounding hawk, when we raced on the highway I had to watch my tach because all I could hear is the screamin firehawk! Well my wife had the baby a month early so I havent been on here or the road much due to work and my son. He was 5 weeks early but still 6lb 14oz so he would have been huge full term!!!! We welcomed Joshua James home last friday and my life is completely changed for the better! Might be getting my shop back, the owner cant find anyone to lease it out so he is considering selling my father and I the property. Im keeping my fingers crossed because I have so many people asking me if I can work on their cars and no place to do it im getting pissed....also the Z will be getting more ballz if I can work on it daily...hehehe. Tell our friend his headers might be on sooner than he thinks.....lazy bastard!

 

Contrats man! Heh Brandoff is moving to florida in like 2 weeks so neither of us will be doing the headers! Oh me and him traded exhausts to My car isn't as loud anymore so I enjoy driving more haha. Well have to get a nother cruise goin sometime.

 

Thank You!!! I wish I could get down there, every time I find a business in FL it doesnt pan out. You swapped exhaust...what were you thinking!!! Kidding I know what its like thats why the stang doesnt get out often, my head pounds for days after. I must be getting old because accelerating that fast just makes my back hurt the next day <~~~ 25 Years old and feels at least 40 some days. Yes Yes and Yes to another cruise im free most weeknights and usually weekends after 3 or 4. There is a dyno day did you hear? I had nothing to do with it, after we talked I never asked Don about it....guess I didnt have to. Let me know if your going....

Cool. My car really isn't that quick. I had a best of 12.05 today at 110. However it was the .497 bulb in the final round that really pissed me off.

On that same note on my way to Miami FL last month I got stopped by an FL state trooper in a camaro just over the border. He asked me how fast I was going...I gave the old "Under 100 Sir" and he asked me a few LEADING questions. He then started laughing and wanted to know what the hell I had done to my car because he could barely keep up with me. I was thinkin oh **** im screwed, told him it was all stock...he made me open the hood to see if I was ****tin him and he saw for himself that it was stock. He then told me I was free to go but if I did any mods I guess they can write tickets for a "modified from stock" vehicle, but to truly keep it under 100 and have a safe trip home.

Cool dude...I did go 5 over all the way thru Florida...if he had written me a ticket I would have been pissed and probably fleeewww the rest of the way...cuz im a jackass.

Cant wait to get the shop back...and get the mustang in the 9's this year...no more 10.23 crap.....
