Red face 20" rims for sale

I think one of the members who owns the HRE 20" rims are selling on ebay, looks like his car but I don't have his website to match up with. Does anybody know if its his?

Hey Guys,
I've been emailing the guy selling the HRE wheels for the last couple of days. Buyer’s Beware, he told me that he would not use paypal or anything else. He said that if I won the auction the only way he would sell it was to send him a postal money order. Now that I found out he's using someone else’s pics I question whether he even has the wheels and everything else he says.

a little update, welp dude finally emailed me, said that he could work out a percent to give me for using my pics! will it happen????umm probably not! haha i think its true though cuz i wouldnt think twice about taking the money! haha cuz im a gentleman! haha oh well that is it so far, i emailed him back asking what kind of percent he would be talking about so we will see what happens. hey mike, i emailed the high bidder on them and he emailed me back and is skeptical on the whole thing now and i dont think he wants them now. i dunno kinda sounds like fraud to me. yeah gotta love ebay for responding to my email i sent them. they say u will get a respone in 24-36 hours or something...are they ever going to...my guess is NO! hmm only been a week???? haha aight lata everyone

I contacted ebay after a few emails this guys sent me. He had the nerve to get sh!tty with me after I started asking questions about the wheels and different payment options (Paypal). Then I find out he's showing someone elses pics and passing them off as the wheels he's selling. If I'm going to drop 3K-5K on wheels I need to see actual pics and have accurate info.
This is what EBay said:

Hello Mike,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us with this information. I
understand how this situation could be of some concern.

I have reviewed the information that you provided regarding the use of
copyrighted material in auction listing # 1862530103, but at this point
find that I do not have enough evidence to show that the member has
violated any eBay rules.

Regrettably, we are only able to take action against this member if the
owner of the pictures or text writes to us about this member using their
material.

In some instances, sellers may have already obtained permission from the
rights holder to use their material. Therefore, we often cannot remove
items upon the representations of third parties whose credentials we
cannot verify.

We do understand the potential for further issues in this type of
situation. That is why, if you feel strongly about this issue, we
recommend that you contact Jason Lowery, and recommend he contact us
directly. Once we hear from him, we can take appropriate action against
the member that you have reported.

We appreciate you taking the time to contact us with your concerns.
Thank you for your participation in the eBay community.

Regards,

Hutch
