Are these rims Painted or Powdercoated?

I'm lookin to buy some new rims before my tires wear out. I was lookin at the Z06 rims and wanted them powdercoated with the rivets and i found some at RKsport and ThunderRacing but i hear that powdercoating is better than painted. Powdercoating looks better/shinier and lasts longer i think. The ones from thunder are about 100 cheaper per rim but are painted and are from OE Concepts, the ones from RKsport i'm not sure whether or not they are painted or powdercoated.

If the RKsports are painted also, do u know anybody that has the same rims powdercoated? and does the painted vs. powdercoated really matter?

I'm not sure what coating they've got, but the powdercoated ones will be much more durable towards scratches, nicks, etc.

if you can find them, then go with the powdercoated.
