I bought a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-12R. I've only had it about two weeks now. Still breaking it in, but this thing definitely flies!! Haven't even opened it up all the way yet :) It's still stock, but there are big bore and stroker kits, turbo's, etc. available for it!

Anyway, just checking things out here. I haven't even had the car out of the garage this year. Had a family of mice living in the hood :) Hope to make the Dream Cruise this year.

I hope it's not your first bike! A good friend of mine has one. I rode it all year in 2002, when my TL was down. It's not really my style, a bit big and bulky, but... can't deny the fast! It's a friggin' freight train in a straight line!

Have fun, be safe, see ya around (I'm on a beat up, blue/white/black gixxer 1000 with a cage and shiny 12bar)

Thanks SVT. I tried several names at the SOS, and then just figured I'd try this one. I was surprised they let me have it :)

The bike link works now. I forgot I was renaming files yesterday!

Thanks Mike. No, it's not my first. Surprising how many people ask that :) I'm 6'2", so it fits me just fine. I can set my feet flat on the ground, not like some of those I've seen who can barely touch it with their toes :)

Hey Matt,

It's been awhile since I last rode motorcycles, but I've ridden most of the Harleys; Sportsters, Road King, etc., along with Gold Wings, 550/750-fours, an older Kawasaki 750 H2 ?, miscellaneous dirt bikes, and a Little Indian minibike ! Of course I haven't owned all of them :) Mostly all I've been on recently before this bike have been my quads.

I'm not quite yet ready for the track. As I've mentioned, I haven't even opened this thing up all the way. It would probably end up on top of me at this point. I'm told at 9-10k thing really screams! Still learning the handling, taking it easy. I hear the fairings for these bikes are very expensive :)
