i got a borla catback on my car right now, and im thinking of getting rid of it for something else. im asking $385 O.B.O, only thing is that it is welded to an ORP, and i have no plates. original owner lost the plates and right now its wide open. everything else is in good condition and all clamps and hardware are in tact.

literally what it says, the original owner had an ORP welded to the catback. so it has no provisions to bolt on to the cat or a bolt on ORP. if you want i can send you a drawing that i made. just shoot me an email address so i can get you an idea of how its setup.

dont know if you got the drawing i sent but ill try to get you a pic by tonight, but yeah it has a cutout because i was already planning on selling the catback to a friend but he couldnt get the $$. if you have any questions just PM me later today and ill try to get that pic.

 

What headers were they bolted to? and does the cutout have a plug??

 

the ORP has a cutout w/ plug, but its welded on to stock manifolds. im still trying to work on those pics cuz i need to get them developed(disposable camera).

 

Just make sure when you cut the exhaust that it is at the Y pipe so that the orp is not too short when I get it. Also note I am in no rush right now I'm in the middle of my rebuild. Question so what are you replacing it with??

 

good thing your in no rush cuz i took the pics, but i only used like 3-4 pictures, now im just waiting on my stall and cooler to take pics of the install which should go on today or friday. another thing is that i was planning on cutting the exhaust off right after the cutout which still has about 4-5" of tubing to work with before it goes into the S-pipe, so that should be enough to get it onto your setup. im planning on getting the mufflex dual outlet w/ spintech, and just have the cutout to mess around on the weekends.

 

COOL, just let me know when you pull them off. I can wait 3-4 weeks.

 

thanks for being pateient w/ me Zrag, really shows class. as soon as i get the catback off ill get back at you ASAP. shouldnt be too long, prolly this monday or tuesday whenever i get the day off so i can get everything off in one piece.
