LS1 flywheel stock weight?

LS1 flywheel stock weight?
how much does the stocker fw weigh? I thought about buying a fidanza aluminum but heard that too light is bad so possibly the billet steel one. Any ideas, tried to research a little and seems like there are some opinions one way and some opinions the other way.

i would say its a benefit
i remember my cousin telling me about his buddy
he has an 8 pound flywheel in his type r integra
it's so light though that he has to keep revving at a stoplight just to keep it from dying
i think if yuo stay at about 10-12, you should probably be fine
i myself would reccommend 12
