Anyone know what kind of rims these are?

I saw these and was wondering if anyone know whats kind they are (and if any of you have them and some pics on you car)

Also, if somebody has them on their car...what offset would I need?

that is not them. im trying to find the name right now. they were on an old show car done by NOS also 98 camaro . tey actually look pretty good.

yeah the ones in the pic I posted look great at that angle...i thought the Ronals might be them, but dont look as good straight on...perhaps the correct ones do?
