What part of 2005 can GM start speaking?0toinsanein5.4sec 07-02-2004, 05:29 PM If it's early could there be a possibilty to see what we have all been waiting for this coming up auto show season? or do we have to wait for the 2006 season? Caps94ZODG 07-03-2004, 10:07 AM I think that you will see something in the 2006 show as a 2007, posiblly, and in 2007 it will be shown on the 40th anniversary as a 2008 model..you can basically order it in 2007 as a 2007 1/2 40th anniversary model, before the 2008 rolls out a few months later :D guionM 07-06-2004, 03:23 PM You can rest assured that you won't see anything till introduction time. If it comes out for the 2007 model year, you'll see it sometime during the 2006 auto show season. Something that big would probally happen at Detroit. There have been 2 "concepts" hidden in plain view over the years, so don't expect another. :) Darth Xed 07-06-2004, 03:34 PM Originally posted by guionM There have been 2 "concepts" hidden in plain view over the years, so don't expect another. :) And, IMHO, the two, if I am thinking of them correctly (old Nomad, specifically the front end of it, and the Bel Air) , are some of the most drab, boring concepts I've seen. :( I hate playing the part of the pesimist, but I don't get very excited thinking of those cars. The SS Concept was much more exciting to me, though not really, as a Camaro... this is the wildcard, and could replace one of the first two I mentioned as the concept I think are "hidden in plain view". Either way, I feel like I am slowly becoming a customer that has nothing visually exciting to look at.... :( 95 Z/28 LT1 07-06-2004, 03:47 PM If I had to guess when we might hear more information I would say that it could possibly be sometime after the next round of CAW contracts get negotiated. | ||
