how to change axles on 01 SS

i have a bent axle on my 01 SS and was wondering if anyone knew where i could find a step by step guide through the install of stock replacement axles.

You would probably be better off picking up a service manual like Haynes. I personally don't know of any online instructions.

- jack rear of car up, support with stands under the axle
- remove wheel from the culprit side of car, as well as brake caliper & rotor
- unbolt diff cover (have oil catch pan handy) and drain oil
- remove small screw holding the locking pin/block from the center of the carrier, and remove that block or pin
- push the axle all the way in towards the center of the car so you can grab the C-clip
- remove the C-clip, then remove the axle
- voila!:D the axle is out!
- reverse steps to re-install:thumb:
