MT says so, and I wonder if it is true. I know the Trailblazer SS is an 06 model...so it makes sense...but we have also seen nothing else on the issue. I would imagine most of the work would go inside the vehicle getting it a decent interior....

I had the pleasure of renting one of these for vacation and I was very, very pleased. The interior I thought was very nice, the console could have been a little nicer but it was nice. Geez, how many times can I say "nice". I've already vowed to the wife to pick one of these up for her in the next year or so. Maybe a reskinned 06 would be good...

No kidding. Screw the 5.3, I would rather have a turbo I6. More fun to be had with that engine.

I know the front end's been reworked for cooling upgrades, so it makes sense that they would take advantage of the chance to upgrade the sheetmetal as well.

Similar to what happened to the Camaro in '98 when it got reworked front chassis for the LS1 & got a front refeshening as part of the deal.

Ride in the front passenger seat for a couple of hours and let me know what you did with your left leg.
