All Florida v6 F-body meet at Orlando SpeedWorld July 16th...(Anyone is invited)

hey guys we are doing another all Florida v6 meet July 16th at OSW... Won't be huge amounts of use, maybe a dozen or so, but feel free to come out and join us, just ot have a Good GM showing. Couple of us are kinda quick. :)

We are primiarily 4th gen v6 f-bodies but all are invited, we enjoy v8 f-bodies and even some of our 3800 series II brethern that happend to be blessed with supercharges...

You may be asking, why in the hell do I want to watch some v6ers race? Well look at it this way, average v8 f-body race is 12-14 seconds long. With a v6 average is 14-16 seconds long. So you get 2 EXTRA SECONDS OF RACING ACTION, thats right folks more racing action per race.

Besides there is at least one guy that could give alot of you guys a run for your money.

Looking for an excuse to hit the track... here it is...

btw here is some info... there are plans for a group to hit up IOA and universal that sat and sunday...

I'd like to go but too many motor issuse are preventing me from coming. (oil leak and a code 174-lean condition) Once i get my exhust on and motor problems fixed I'll be back.

As long as the car is running you can bring it out don't have to run it...

I might be try and get to the track sometime... Good chance I won't be running either...

I had clutch issues last 3 times I have been out to the track...

Unless they fixed themselves I probably won't be running, we will see at the track. :)

i am goin to moroso in 2 dayz if my times look good. witch we hope they do ill be up there on. If you guys dont mind a z

Its a v6 meet but hey, not like we don't appreciate v8 f-bodies :)

hehe was a good night too got like 14 runs total :) Even let someone else run my car 2 runs :)

Pretty much it, and those rules are very loose, but if you are making a decent trip I would have the stuff to be safe...

i dont even use my cut out infact i am gonna get it cut out. It seems like i loose ALL my tq wit it open

yeah i was goin to do a few runs with it on and off. i kno wi did lose some low end torque, but i seem to have more power up top! guess iill find out tomrrow

yeah! and whatever happened to that! well for every camaro there was 20 mustangs, oh wait there were only 3 camaros!!and not one v-6. it was pretty damn packed anyway only got 2 runs in. could have got third but was gettin tired.
p.s. try to not tell me about the next camaro meet at osw!! j/k

three stret legal type of camaros..plenty of drag cars but the regular ones..forget about it..I saw about 7...

yeah i noticed that right after i posted my thread!!!!!!! this is what i get for working too dman much, losing track of days and ****. well friday i dont think i will be able to make it

Its not like its going to be a super huge event or anything but there will be some of us out there :)
