I hope that I need a mechanical. The electrical are about 3 times more. Whats the difference between the two? And why are the electircal so much more?

The electrical cost more because it is better if you want to mount it, for instance, on the A-pillar because the information is sent to the guage through electrical wires to the guage itself. With a mechanical guage, you would have to run a seperate nitrous line all the way from your bottle all the way to the guage.

To make a long description short, it depends on wether you want to run a nitrous line to the guage or just run a couple of wires.

Hope this helps.

i ran a mechanical guage cause im too cheap to buy the electrical 1.

I ran a 6' -4 line off the solenoid into the cab and mounted the guage in the center ac vent.

I'd say if you could afford it go with the electrical. I never liked the idea of the nitrous line running by my head :p

Well that and its alot easier to hook-up IMO.

Personally, I don't want an extra nitrous line running into the cabin.

Check out dynotune's electrical one...I think its like $150...not TOO bad (I might be wrong on the price though) :D
