Someone should make a Camaro Cowl like this...

Actually, that is the ONLY cowl hood I would even consider buying. I find all the others to be somewhat boring and often blocky looking on the curvy lines of the Camaro. I actually like my Z-style hood from Suncoast. It has just a bit (1 1/2" - 2") of raise in the ram air from front to back. From the driver's seat, it appears like a cowl hood. In effect, I have the best of both worlds.

I'm sure others will disagree and still others think that anything less than a 6" cowl is a waste of time. To each their own.

Hmmmm...I kinda like my VFN cowl hood with the '69 Camaro style cowl. Pictures are on the website...

I'm not to big on cowl hoods, but something like that would be tastfull atleast. Prolly would grow on me. :)

I like it alot. I also like the vfn hood. I saw a picture of Brents supercharged camaro with the 2" cowl and I fell in love. I also like this hood alot I would like to see it on a camaro .... maybe a supporting vender will get the idea to make it ;)

I believe that's the RKSport cowl hood. And yes, I really do like that hood. Looks great, and follows the stock C5 hood really well. I'd actually consider buying cowl hood like that for the Camaro if you could buy one.

My friend has one just like that on his 98 Z28, except its for the camaro body of course. I don't know who makes it, but the cowl and the extractors are the same as that one.
