99 camaro suspension problem

i have a probleme with a z28 camaro i just bought, when cornering or taking a curve too fast(just above50mph) the front suspension make little jumps, so its hard to control cause i lose control between those jumps, what could cause that?

Shocks I would say. Get some springs and a sway bar while you're at it.
