Who's running a transbrake with either of these shifters? If so, how do you have your engage button set up? I was looking at getting a new knob from B&M w/ the button on the top, but it looks WAY too easy to hit the button on a shift.

I'm starting to wonder if I should've got an SCS? :(

After doing a little work, I think I've got a solution. Doesn't look like it'll be a problem as it is...we'll see what it's like w/ about 15# off the brake though. No Cheetah for now...I do need to smooth the edges of the shifter off since I cut myself twice on hard shifts. :(

Which Holiday Inn you staying at Brady? I'm at the one closest (and cheapest)...it's like 11 miles. Am I gonna get another Tequilla greeting from Meatwhistle like on PT last year? Oh gawd. :p

Missed ya on the tour this year too. It was hot as hell @ the STL stop. I saw some demented old guy polishing a red TA all day too. I tried to explain to him that no matter how much to try, you can't polish a turd, but he'd have none of it.

when I first installed my quarterstick I had the button on the shift knob. the first pass I instantly shifted off the line from first to second do to the torque. Now I have two big red buttons on the console right behind the shifter. one for the line lock and one for the transbrake. works great
