I'm just wondering what everyone's opinion out there is. What is the best set of headers for an LS1 motor? I'd like to have everyone's input because that is definitely a mod that is coming up soon!

If you have emissions I recommend MACs. Luke 01 SS 06-12-2004, 07:37 PM We have emissions here... but they only hook us up to the computer now... they don't even worry about the sniffer anymore... so NO worries there :D MysticTeal 95 V6 06-13-2004, 12:02 AM If you're looking for headers with good ground clearance, then avoid the SLP's. If you want a nice set of headers with interchangeable Y-pipes (catted/ORY) then go with the FLP setup. If you want a cheap set of coated headers that still flow nice, then a set of Flowtech's or Pacesetter's. Want a nice set of stainless steel headers? Then go with QTP or Kooks :D You can always go with Jet-Hot or Hooker's as well, they're nearly identical. The Jet-Hot's seem to be designed slightly better but you can find pretty much all the information you'd ever need for headers if you do a search :) 97WS6SCharged 06-13-2004, 03:15 AM I believe Jet Hots have emissions hookups while the Hookers don't. Not totally certain though. :) | ||
