I finished my Subwoofer system...

2 12" JL Audio 12W0's Powered by a Punch 3002 sitting in a custom Camaro box. Pics up shortly. However I need to know the where i can find a Punch 4004 amp for my inside speakers, there's so much friggin' bass now its unbelievable, it even outpowered my friend who has 2 10" W3's with a Punch 1500S (340 x 2 RMS) I couldn't believe it either.

Anyone know of a good place online where I can get Amps for less than sticker.. so far I can only find the Punch4004 for $300. The stereo shop i go to could give me a deal but I want to see if I can find one online for like 250 or something and use that bargain with to get an even better deal. Oh yeah, the reason I want a Punch amp is because of where the Amp is placed... The camaro box fills the trunk and the ledge right behind the seat is where my amps are going, the Sub amp is on the left and the inside speaker amp will be on the right.. It's going to look absoultely badass.

If anyone knows good places to get stuff online let me know, thanks.

Also if anyone cares, this is the rest of my system:
Panasonic 45x4 Head Unit (Silver and Blue, looks amazing) Also has Remote and 3 Way equalizer
6.5" Pioneer 205Watt 4-Way speakers (4)

As you can see, 22Watts RMS isn't cutting it anymore with all the bass i just added. 100 should be enough though :D

you have 2 12"s... he has 2 10"s
like comparing a V6 to a V8... sure, the V6 can be really fast... but the V8 has more potential with the right stuff

Excellent guys, thanks. Do you guys know if these Amps still are covered by warranty? I thought all RF stuff sold on the internet had no warranty? The stereo shop i go to said they could give it to me for 260, install for 80, and wire kit for 50. Anyone know where i can get a RF wireing kit for less than 50 bucks shipped? That seems to be where I'm getting ripped off at.

The amp will only be covered if the site is an authorized dealer for Rockford..... which I doubt. Your local dealer is almost positively an authorized dealer. Full warrenty. Full price too.:( If you are worried about the warrenty issue, buy the amp at your dealer and install it yourself. Buy the wiring kit online for like $30 and save yourself the $100 by doing it yourself. It's easy. If you have any questions, just ask us. That's why were here! Try to www.knukonceptz.com or www.darvex.com for wiring. I've ordered from both and both were outstanding.:)

The problem is the amp is being mounted in the back, right where that ledge is where our "trunk" is. That ledge right behind the back seats are where my amps are going, the 3002 is already there powering my JL's, but i have no clue how to wire an amp to my head unit, and I've never even seen it done or anything. I honestly wouldn't know the first thing about it.

But thanks for the Info about the RF's. You just confirmed what my guy at the shop said. Also i'll look into those kits for 30 as opposed to 50. That'll save me some money there. Thanks!
