That looks like a turbo intake setup to me.

That little screen in the front covers the turbo inlet

If he made it split off into 2 pipes and made it come out the fog light area, I think that'd be cool.

It looks like he removed abs and i cant see any other brake lines or componants?

Probably wasn't done w/ the car when the pics were taken. I see a manual booster on the firewall...I'm sure brakes were coming. It stopped decent when I saw it @ Southern Shootout in 2002.
