Tranny went out (A4)

I can get a 4L60E for $450 or should I just get a beefed up tranny now that I need to replace it anyway? Any reccommedations on a new tranny? If you can give any pros/cons, it would be appreciated.

BTW, I do plan on getting a 3,000+ stall converter, already have CC306 in the garage, was saving up money for heads, and have drag radials out back.

I was looking at the Pro-Built Automatics. Talked to them yesterday and they seemed very helpful and knowledgeable. Opinions?
