Help!! I need a good shop in Atanta!
I recently moved to Atlanta and left behind all my car resources in Kansas City. I would really appreciate some help find a dyno/tuning shop that knows Accel Gen VII systems and I would like to find a group of car-guys that likes to hang out and talk cars and occassionally go out and skin a few snakes. I live in Marietta...any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to Marietta what part did you move too? The closest shop to me is RP Motorsports. Some people have given them a bad reputation but they have only been nice to me and have not charged me an arm and a leg to get some stuff done. Not sure if they are familliar with Accel but try giving them a call 770-516-0403 and you can give me a shout at 404-509-4311 Well i guess we are neighbors I live in Marietta also near Town Center
Mall. There is another guy on this board close by I think he lives in Acworth his user name is Radd maybe we can all get together some time.

There is a shop in Marietta called MTI (not the same company as the one in Texas) that is owned by a guy named Reese Cox. They now do mostly C5 'Vettes, but they have in the past, and still do, a good bit of F-body work. You'll get mixed reviews on their work, as with any shop; some people love them, others hate them. I have never had any work done by them, but I am talking to them about rebuilding the rear axle in my T/A. The number there is (770) 919-7774. Like I said, I don't endorse them because I've never used them, but they are in Marietta.

p.s. Welcome to the neighborhood; I also live in Marietta.
