What is the best protecting wax against tree sap?

Nothing I've ever used seems to work..meguiars, zaino, nufinish, etc.

What about this new Meguiars NXT? Is that any good for tree sap?

Yah, I know a garage is best but I don't have one.

your best bet would be Zymol Titanium, specially formulated for tree sap, and the product is geared toward SUV's and daily driver cars that are exposed more to the elements.

Have you ever tried it or know of anyone that uses it? How does it work?

What do you mean protect it from tree sap? no wax or polish will repel tree sap, pine sap is the worst, you should be able to remove tree say with a simple car wash or detailer spray no matter what kind of wax or polish you protect the paint with.

I want something that will protect the paint so that the sap doesn't stick to it. I park in between two trees, not under any, but it still doesn't come completely off when I wash the car and no matter how hard I scrub it won't come off with soap and water.

I think sap is going to stick to no matter what, the only thing I can think of is to always finish your car off with an oil glaze like 3M Imperial Hand Glaze, your finish will be real oily like you rubbed Pledge on it and the sap probably will not stick.

But on the other hand, if you would just use a clay bar during your washing process the sap would be removed instantly with the clay bar on effected areas.

Tree sap (if its not the really aggressive type) will be harder to stick to a waxed surface, provided if you wash and detail it dilligently. If you let it set long enough, however, it will.

Titanium contains about 57% of carnauba #1 yellow, and I believe a small percentage of #1 white, and according to Zymol (Zymol guarantees the contents of its wax with a certificate!), this wax is supposed to help prevent sap from damaging your paint. According to Zymol, #1 yellow is a better fighter against tree sap and the elements.

This was what I was told (and Titanium advertises itself as formulated to help resist tree sap and bird droppings) when I investigated Titanium. I almost went with this brand, however, my vehicle isn't an outsider, and I wanted to go with a more refined grade of Zymol. Titanium, like most Zymol waxes, isn't that cheap (about 72 bucks), so give it some thought.

I use meguiars wax on my daily driver which is uncovered, and it gets attacked on occasion by tree sap. The tree sap that I experience isn't too sticky, but the wax surface protects it, and thus far I haven't had problems in washing it off.

I'd suggest though, if the sap is really tough, that you should either see about covering the car, or locating it somewhere where you don't have problems with sap.
