Quick MSD BTM and Scanning Question

I have a MSD BTM which retards ignition according to boost which you all probably know. When scanning the computer during runs (using freescan), does the computer know and account for or tell you about this retard? So if I have say 25 degrees of advance on the screen, does that include the -5 degrees for retard due to boost or do i have to account for that myself.

doesnt anyone know?

the retard you have from the btm will not be seen when reading from the pcm as the btm jumps the spark and retards after the signal from the btm you must account for how much retard you have set your self
