how much to change from aftermarket alarm to factory keyless?

alright, i just got my z and the guy before me got an alarm on it
i only have one set of keys right now and his remote keyless fob (one that came with alarm, not factory)
now, my question is..how much will it cost me to get 2 more keys (ignition and lock key) and 2 factory remote fobs and get it to work with my car?
i guess this might be something the dealer has to do but, if anybody can help, i would greatly appreciate it

I asked the dealer about this when I had a V6 Camaro without keyless entry. He said the parts alone would be over $300 and that a aftermarket place could do it for a lot cheaper.

As for the keys, almost any key making place can make the lock key, the ignition keys have to be made at the dealership and cost around $30 each (that's if your ignition key has the little resistor in it).

well, i guess all i need is another lock key and ignition key
i got a place local that will make the lock key and i guess i'll just go to a dealer for the ignition key
i do want to get back the factory keyless though so i'm going to check it out in the next few days and find a price on it (from the dealer also)
i'll post it incase anybody else wants to do it
