Any1 know anywhere to get car locks changed other than dealership?

My dad lost his keys, and suspects somebody may have taken them. To play it safe he wants to change the locks on his car, and reprogram his clifford Alarm system. Does anybody know where this can be done besides the stealership? Thanks.

Any locksmith should be able to re-key a car. I would think it would depend on how old the car is and if it has any extra security functions (CAGS, etc.).
