So who is comming to Surrey?

Where is this place everyone is supposed to meet up today? I'll fire up the beast, haven't driven her in a while its looking nice for a long time today, I really want to take her out.

I'll go to surrey tonight, but I have the wrong car, cobra.

I was really hoping that we were going to get together tonight. It's OK, I'm a go for next weekend too. I just hope the weather cooperates. At least this way I can watch TPB :D

What do you ever show up for? you don't race, you don't dyno, you sit here and talk sh*t from your computer...:rolleyes:

When there is a set event the same 5-6 people show up yet the dozen that never show whine about there never being anything to go too.....Well then set something up....that doesn't mean posting in the morning when you wake up for everyone to be somewhere at lunch time because some people have other priorities and they aren't reading the board every hour to see where to go. So Armin since you have a lot to say about it all why dont you set up an event instead of just talking sh*t.

I say the same **** even when we are at the meets, i.e. we should have more!! I remember when Human was on this board we'd have decent meets with great entertainment, girls, street racing and it was all done in a matter of 1 day.

Man, i'd love to setup events but since you guys already established an hierarchy of people, pres, vice ass, tresz, book keeper, money stealer, lol (j/k) there is no need for me to organize events just criticise them when there are none.

Btw it's Armen and I showed up for the last large event, took a bunch of pictures and dynoed my car.

I didnt finish installing my springs and shocks untill 7:45 so I couldnt make it. But anytime else Im down for anything. I can probably get a couple others to come also. Just name time and place.

Just because there is some set positions doesn't mean you can't set something up. If you have ideas then put them out there, or if you are so content on follwing the heiarchy then why don't you e-mail me with your ideas and I will post it. Half the cars are on jack stands, I can post something for each week that doesn't mean anyone is going to show up. Instead if wasting time and energy b*tching about it, do something. I'm going to start anew post for an event next week.....Let's see how many cars we can get.

That is the MAIN reason why we want to organize sudden meets/cruises because our weather is so unpredictable.

As for the jack stand cars they are the same ones that have always been on jackstands so it's no surprise. Unless there are some great winter racing events i'm not aware of. :think:

Armen why don't you take your car to the street legals this Fri and see if you can beat my time since you need some events.....:death: You got 57 more hp and 40 more tq you should be able to do it....:lol:

I don't race at the track, lost control once, saw someone smash their car into the wall so i'll steer clear of that, (yes i'm scared of it happining again because i'd rather wash and wax my car, baby it rather then race it at a smelly track while drunken red knecks raise beer cans when a car runs a fast time). Don't let that stop you thou. :p

I'll be there this friday weather permitting to laydown some smack on the track if you want to have some fun racing, you're the first birdman I've ever heard being scared to race on the track, I suppose you'd rather race on the street? Get over your fear man, top speed on the track you hit around 100mph, that's my cruising speed driving to Kelowna with hits up to 250k's for short straight bursts. :p

Your scared of the track because you seen one incident...and you were involved in one yourself. Then please explain why you are interested in street racing when dozens of people have died each year???

I'm in for some events. I do feel bad that I have backed out of a couple due to work lately. I hate being a no-show.

I hear they help :p I must admit I'm impressed you got back in there Payam after your unfortunate accident but autocrossing is safer and just as much fun if not more. The long-term weather outlook seems great for racing at Mission friday. I really don't care if I win or lose cause basically you are racing the clock. The rush you get going all out down the track is awesome. :D
