Ses P0140

hey guys i need your help on this code. sssilverbullet and dark andgel just helped me install hooker headers with the off road y to my loudmouth. dude, its loud as hell. too raspy....i underestimated it...but after the install i started it up and no codes were thrown. everything seemed fine. then the next day driving home the ses light came on. so i took it to dark angel and we reset it with his efi live. then it came on again. so i went to auto zone and scanned the code and it came back to p0140 1 of 2, bank 1 sensor 2 and bank 2 sensor 2. what the hell is up with this? i read that it supposedly is thinking that its not reading anything. any suggestions oh yeah, and i will post dyno results after....

those codes are for your rear o2 sensors....did u by any chance install an off road y-pipe with those headers??? if so, the code is your rear o2s telling the computer that the catalytic converters arent there or arent functioning properly. unplug the rear sensors and plug in a set of o2 simmulators to trick the computer, then clear your code and u should be good.
