road america

are ther any club weekends at road america. i would love to get my 99 ss out on the track for a few laps but don't know how to go about it.

I go up there every summer for the Historical races, I know you can pay 50 bucks or somthing like that to drive your car durring the lunch break among other cars durring their touring sessoion. It would be nice though to get a bunch of people together to get some laps in on the track.

when are they and will they let you run it up or just parade laps...

Twice a year (April & October), Speed Seekers (http://www.speedseekers.com) rents the track for the weekend. I think it costs like $350 for 3 or 4 days of racing. I havent made it up there yet, but it sounds like fun.

anybody ever go to the peed seekers event?

Check out the Message Boards at www.mfba.org. Many of the memebers there have gone to those events. It sounds like they always have fun. I've tried to make it out there 2 years now, but always ended up working. The track is only 15 minutes from my house.
