The job description is a joke. My buddy has his AA form UCF and that is all and he does it, my other buddy has his AA form Valencia and he does it. I have my BA so I make double them and have a better title for similar work.

Exactly what do you do for the county? Are you instructional? I'm the TSR at an elementary school and I have my BS and definately don't make anymore than what they advertise.
