I Need A Vin Interpretation Fast!!!

Might be racing some cocky ass guys and i need to know what they got. I know it is a 96 camaro, they say it is an SS but i am not so sure. Someone look at this vin and tell me please!!!

Common mistake, typo maybe like duplicate 2, or 9, just a guess.
