OK, I put the contact info from this thread (http://web.camaross.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=11613) into a nice database so it would be searchable. The problem? I use Lotus Approach and after I had put the whole thing together I discovered that I couldn't save it as a file for MS Access! So it's available as three file types:

an .APR file (http://www.sterlingdesigns.net/personal/MIfbody.APR), which is for Lotus Approach
a .XLS file (http://www.sterlingdesigns.net/personal/MIfbody.xls), which is MS Excel
a .TXT file (http://www.sterlingdesigns.net/personal/MIfbody.txt), which opens right in your browser or can be opened in Notepad

If you discover that your contact information is incorrect, please change your name or your email so I don't have to redo anything. ;)

You should be able to import the Excel file into a table into Access and then create forms and reports to be able to search the data.

I can't figure out how to make Access (I'm currently running Office 97) do that, it's not a menu option that I can find. (Although I confess I didn't spend ages looking either.) So if you know how then be my guest. :)

Access database (http://www.csis.gvsu.edu/~stigersc/images/Michigan%20Contact%20List.mdb)

There is the Excel Spreadsheet imported into a simple table in Access. If anyone else wants to expand on that by adding more tables or making it into a webpage, be my guest.

What version of Access did you use Chris?
